Cancellation Policy

Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for an exchange, and you won’t incur any additional shipping charges.
Customized and Personalized Items
Please be aware that customized and personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, we will replace the item at no extra cost.
